University Rentals, Inc. is the oldest, privately owned real estate management company in the Near West Side area of Chicago/Little Italy. We have several outstanding buildings to make your lifestyle everything you want it to be.

All of our apartments are two (2) and three (3) bedroom units, all very close walking distance to UIC Campuses (less than 5 minute walk). We offer 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. All units are highly upgraded with granite kitchens including a dishwasher, garbage disposal and built in microwave. The apartments have hardwood floors, door buzzer security systems and coin-op laundry & storage in the basement area. We have 7 newly renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartments with in unit laundry, upscale stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, louvre shutters on all windows and to die for marble bathrooms with heated towel bars! Our apartments are not furnished.

Tenants are responsible for gas, electric and internet utilities. All of our properties are owned and managed by University Rentals—we have superb onsite maintenance staff to take care of repairs. Majority of our leases are from August 1 - July 31st, but if you need to move in earlier or later, we will try our best to work something out. We show apartments by appointment only. No security deposit required-- a $300/person “move in fee” and the last month’s rent is required with signed lease. The move in fee is not refundable and may not be used as rent.
